Ingredients
- 2 Scoops Vanilla Ka'Chava
- 1 Cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 Cup frozen cauliflower
- 1/4 Cup frozen blueberries
- 1-2 Drops of essential lavender oil
- 1 Tsp. nut butter (almond, macadamia, or cashew)
- 1/4 Tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tsp. ground flax seed (optional)
- 1-2 Dates (optional)
- 1 Tsp. lemon juice (optional)
How to Make
- Combine all ingredients in a blender & mix well
- Serve in a bowl and garnish with frozen blueberries, dates and coconut flakes (optional)
