95% of orders are delivered within three to four business days. You'll receive an email with tracking information once the order ships.

If you placed your order before 2pm ET on a business day, your package is estimated to arrive between three to five business days. (Please allow extra time for Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories.) We are closed Saturday and Sunday, so if you place your order after 2pm ET on Friday, your order will be processed on Monday morning.

If you haven’t received an email with your tracking info within five full business days since placing an order, please contact us and we will look up your tracking info and provide all your current shipping details.

If your doc gives you the green light to consume Ka’Chava, but you need to add more calories into your smoothie, you can always load it up with additional nutrient-dense ingredients like avocado, nut butters, banana, or berries.
