If your purchase exceeds the unused balance of the Ka’Chava Gift Card, you must pay the excess at the time of purchase.

No. You can only apply the Gift Card to the first payment of a new subscription; not as a method of payment for recurring orders.

The Ka’Chava Gift Card can be redeemed, for all or part of its value (including tax and shipping), only on kachava.com. It can not be redeemed on Amazon.com or at any retail location.

No. Gift Card purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable and also do not expire. No service or inactivity fees apply.

Can I reload my Gift Card?

No. Gift Cards are non-reloadable once the funds have been used in full.

How can I check my Gift Card balance?

Accepted Answer

A Gift Card recipient can check their Gift Card balance by visiting the Gift Card product page and clicking the "Check your balance" link. The email address of the Gift Card recipient and the last 4 numbers of the Gift Card are necessary to display the balance.
