95% of orders are delivered within three to four business days. You'll receive an email with tracking information once the order ships.

If you placed your order before 2pm ET on a business day, your package is estimated to arrive between three to five business days. (Please allow extra time for Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories.) We are closed Saturday and Sunday, so if you place your order after 2pm ET on Friday, your order will be processed on Monday morning.

If you haven’t received an email with your tracking info within five full business days since placing an order, please contact us and we will look up your tracking info and provide all your current shipping details.

Our serving size is two packed scoops (62g) per shake. For our full-sized, 930 gram bags (the ones we sell online), that gives you 15 shakes per bag. If you've shopped Ka'Chava in stores, our bags are 434 grams, which is seven servings. You'll find a scoop inside each bag for convenient measuring.

Pregnant women need on average 300 extra calories per day, plus higher levels of certain vitamins and minerals. If your doc gives you the green light to consume Ka’Chava, but you need to add more calories into your smoothie, you can always load it up with additional nutrient-dense ingredients like avocado, nut butters, banana, or berries.
