- Log in to your Ka'Chava account.
- On Dashboard page, you can click Skip once button which will skip your next order.
- Click Subscriptions menu item and click Manage subscription button.
- Click Skip once button for an individual product and it'll skip 1 item.
- At the bottom of the page, click on the Skip this order button and the whole order will be moved to the next delivery date.
