You can cancel your subscription at any time by:
i) Replying to any email from Ka'Chava and stating “I want to cancel my subscription”; OR
ii) Reaching out to customer support via chat/email/telephone; OR
iii) Creating an account on the Ka’Chava website and following the instructions below.
- Log in to your Ka'Chava account.
- Click Subscriptions menu item.
- Click Manage subscription button.
- Click Cancel subscription at the bottom of the page.
- Choose the reason for your cancellation.
- Confirm by clicking on Cancel subscription.
