- 6-7 Blackberries
- 1/4 Cup oats (to make it thicker) / can also use 1/2 Avocado
- 3 Dates
- 1/2 Tsp chia seeds
- 1 Tsp sunflower seeds
- 1 Tsp flax seeds
- 1 Tsp lavender buds
- 1 Cup milk (dairy / plant based)
- 1 Tsp coconut flakes
