Ingredients
- 2 Scoops Vanilla Ka’Chava
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ cup strawberries + more for garnish
- ¼ cup white chocolate (melted for top)
- Crushed vanilla wafers (optional garnish)
How to make
- Add Ka’Chava, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and strawberries to a food processor and process until smooth and creamy
- Transfer the mixture into a glass
- Melt the white chocolate and coconut oil in a small bowl
- Pour the white chocolate over the strawberry cheesecake mixture then top with additional crushed vanilla wafers
- Place in the fridge to set, then once the white chocolate has hardened remove and garnish with fresh strawberries
- Serve and enjoy!
