Ingredients

  • 2 Scoops Vanilla Ka’Chava
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ cup strawberries + more for garnish
  • ¼ cup white chocolate (melted for top)
  • Crushed vanilla wafers (optional garnish)

How to make

  1. Add Ka’Chava, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and strawberries to a food processor and process until smooth and creamy
  2. Transfer the mixture into a glass
  3. Melt the white chocolate and coconut oil in a small bowl
  4. Pour the white chocolate over the strawberry cheesecake mixture then top with additional crushed vanilla wafers
  5. Place in the fridge to set, then once the white chocolate has hardened remove and garnish with fresh strawberries
  6. Serve and enjoy!
