Strawberry Protein Mini Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 Scoops Strawberry Ka'Chava
  • 3/4 cup Flour
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Sugar or Honey
  • 1/3 cup Chopped Freeze Dried Strawberries
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

How to make

  1. Mix together dry ingredients and add in chopped freeze dried strawberries.
  2. Melt butter and stir in yogurt. Mix in egg and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients and mix well until combined.
  3. Use a cookie scoop to add batter to a lined 24ct mini muffin pan.
  4. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Allow 10-15 minutes to cool and set.
