Strawberry Protein Mini Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 Scoops Strawberry Ka'Chava
- 3/4 cup Flour
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Sugar or Honey
- 1/3 cup Chopped Freeze Dried Strawberries
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
How to make
- Mix together dry ingredients and add in chopped freeze dried strawberries.
- Melt butter and stir in yogurt. Mix in egg and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients and mix well until combined.
- Use a cookie scoop to add batter to a lined 24ct mini muffin pan.
- Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Allow 10-15 minutes to cool and set.
