Overnight Oats Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Strawberry Ka’Chava
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • ¾ cup Rolled Oats

Chia Seed Pudding Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Matcha Ka’Chava
  • ½ cup Almond Milk
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • ¼ cup Greek Yogurt (flavor of choice)

How to make - Overnight Oats

  1. Add oats, almond milk, and 1 scoop of Strawberry Ka’Chava to a container and whisk until combined
  2. Cover and place in the fridge overnight to set

How to Make - Chia Seed Pudding

  1. Add chia seeds, 1 scoop Matcha Ka’Chava, almond milk, and honey to a container
  2. Mix until combined, cover, and place in the fridge to set overnight

Serving

  1. Once set, add the oats to a bowl/container and top with the chia seed pudding and Greek yogurt
  2. Enjoy!
