Strawberries and Cream Protein Bar

Bar Ingredients
- 2 Scoops Strawberry Ka'Chava
- 1/2 Cup Raw Cashew Butter
- 2 tbsp Almond Flour
- 3 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp Mini Vegan White Chocolate Chips
- 1-2 tbsp Crushed Freeze Dried Strawberries
Topping Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Coconut Butter, melted
- 1 tbsp crushed Freeze Dried Strawberries
How to make
- Combine all bar ingredients together until smooth and dough like, then fold in white chocolate chips and dried strawberries
- Press into loaf tin lined with parchment paper, then refrigerate for 45min+
- Slice into 6 bars, drizzle with coconut butter and more dried strawberries
- Refrigerate another 10 minutes until coconut butter is firm
- Enjoy!
