Overnight Oats Ingredients

  • 2 Scoops Chocolate Ka'Chava
  • 2/3 cup gluten free rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup greek style yogurt (vegan or regular)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips for mixing

Topping Ingredients

  • Crushed gluten free graham crackers
  • Mini marshmallows
  • More Dark chocolate chips

How to make

  1. Blend together Ka’Chava chocolate nutrition shake, cocoa, maple syrup, milk, yogurt and vanilla until smooth
  2. Pour into 2 jars and combine with oats and chia seeds well. Stir some chocolate chips throughout
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours (overnight is fine)
  4. If eating within 24 hours feel free to add the graham crackers, dark chocolate, and marshmallows before storing, otherwise, wait until ready to enjoy to top
