Homemade Peanut Butter Cups

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein or oat flour
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil if your PB isn’t super runny

Shake

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée, frozen into cubes
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 2 scoops Chocolate Ka'Chava all-in-one nutrition shake
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

How to make - Homemade Peanut Butter Cups

  1. Make your peanut butter cups by melting chocolate & coconut oil in 30 second intervals until smooth Spread in the bottom & sides of mini muffin liners and freeze until hard, about 10 minutes
  2. Mix filling ingredients together, press into hardened chocolate bottom of muffin liners, top with more melted chocolate, and freeze another 15 minutes
  3. Once hardened, remove from wrappers and set aside

How to make - Shake

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth
  2. Pour into a glass
  3. and optionally drizzle with melted chocolate and crushed peanut butter cups
  4. Enjoy!
