Wet Ingredients
- 1 cup 100% pumpkin puree
- 1 banana, mashed
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
Dry Ingredients
- 2 scoops Ka’Chava Vanilla
- 2 cups oat flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
Mix Ins
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, plus extra for topping
How to make
- Preheat the oven to 350F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, add all of the wet ingredients and whisk well to combine.
- Then, to the same bowl, add all of the dry ingredients and stir until fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the loaf pan, top with extra chocolate chips, and bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Let the loaf cool for at least 20 minutes before removing from the pan.
- Slice and enjoy!
