Pomegranate Chocolate Bark

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Chocolate Ka'Chava  
  • 1½ cups whole-fat Greek yogurt  
  • ½ cup pomegranate arils    
  • ½ cup dark chocolate, melted   
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt

How to make

  1.  In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt + Ka’Chava until completely smooth.   
  2. Spoon mixture into heart molds (or spread ¼-inch thick on a parchment-lined tray).   
  3. Freeze 30 minutes, until just firm.    
  4. Pour melted dark chocolate over the top.    
  5. Sprinkle with pomegranate arils and a pinch of sea salt.  
  6. Freeze 2–3 hours or overnight, until fully set.   
  7. Break or un-mold and enjoy
