Pomegranate Chocolate Bark

Ingredients
- 2 scoops Chocolate Ka'Chava
- 1½ cups whole-fat Greek yogurt
- ½ cup pomegranate arils
- ½ cup dark chocolate, melted
- Pinch of flaky sea salt
How to make
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt + Ka’Chava until completely smooth.
- Spoon mixture into heart molds (or spread ¼-inch thick on a parchment-lined tray).
- Freeze 30 minutes, until just firm.
- Pour melted dark chocolate over the top.
- Sprinkle with pomegranate arils and a pinch of sea salt.
- Freeze 2–3 hours or overnight, until fully set.
- Break or un-mold and enjoy
