Peanut Butter Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

  • 2 Scoops Chocolate Ka’Chava
  • 2 eggs
  • ⅔ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup peanut butter + more for garnish
  • ½ c chocolate chips + more for garnish

How to make

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. In a bowl combine Ka’Chava, eggs, Greek yogurt, coconut sugar, cocoa powder and ¼ c of peanut until fully incorporated
  3. Fold chocolate chips into the batter using a spatula
  4. Pour the batter into a non-stick loaf pan or baking dish
  5. Top with additional chocolate chips and peanut butter, swirling the peanut butter through the top of the batter with a knife or toothpick to create a marbled look
  6. Bake for 20-30 minutes until the brownies are cooked all the way through
  7. Remove and allow to cool before cutting serving
