Ingredients

  • 2 Scoops Coffee Ka’Chava
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 egg
  • pinch of salt
  • Chocolate chips
  • Coconut whip or vanilla ice cream (optional topping)

How to make

  1. Add Ka’Chava, almond flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, egg, and salt to a mug or microwave-safe baking dish and mix until combined
  2. Top the batter with chocolate chips (measure with your heart)
  3. Place in the microwave for 1-2 minutes until cooked through Remove and allow to cool slightly
  4. Top with coconut whip or vanilla ice cream and enjoy
