Mint Matcha Shake

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Matcha Ka’Chava
  • 1 cup frozen coconut cream frozen into cubes
  • 3/4 cup vanilla almond milk or milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup or honey
  • 2 tsp mint extract, or 2-3 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch matcha powder or all natural green natural for deeper green

How to make

  1. For thicker shake freeze coconut cream in a silicone mini muffin pan or ice cube tray. This will add thickness like a traditional milkshake without needing ice or ice cream
  2. once frozen, blend all shake ingredients together until smooth, scraping the sides as need be
  3. Pour into a glass, top with whipped cream, and a classic cherry, and enjoy!
