Cookie Dough Center
- 3/4 cup almond butter or cashew butter
- 2 scoops Vanilla Ka'Chava all-in-one shake
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips (to mix in)
Chocolate Coating
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
How to make
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth.
- dd some to the bottom of your molds, ensuring you cover the entire bottom.
- Place in the freezer while you make the cookie dough.
- In a small bowl, combine all the cookie dough ingredients, folding in the chocolate chips last.
- Add some cookie dough to each mold, pressing it down.
- Add the remaining chocolate over top.
- Place back in the freezer for 2-3 hours before removing from the mold.
- Store in an air tight container in the freezer.
