Cookie Dough Center

  • 3/4 cup almond butter or cashew butter
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Ka'Chava all-in-one shake
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips (to mix in)

Chocolate Coating

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

How to make

  1. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth.
  2. dd some to the bottom of your molds, ensuring you cover the entire bottom.
  3. Place in the freezer while you make the cookie dough.
  4. In a small bowl, combine all the cookie dough ingredients, folding in the chocolate chips last.
  5. Add some cookie dough to each mold, pressing it down.
  6. Add the remaining chocolate over top.
  7. Place back in the freezer for 2-3 hours before removing from the mold.
  8. Store in an air tight container in the freezer.
