Frozen Peppermint Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
- 1 cup (200g) creamy milk
- 2 scoops (62g) Chocolate Mint Ka’Chava
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
- ~2 cups ice
How to make
- Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend on low, slowly ramping up the speed to medium-high, using your tamper as needed. Blend for a total of 2 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the frozen hot chocolate into a glass, top with coconut cream or whipped cream, chopped dark chocolate, and a dusting of cocoa.
