Bite Ingredients

  • 2 Scoops Cinnamon French Toast Ka’Chava
  • 1 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 1/4 Cups Oat Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • Dash of Salt
  • 1 Egg (for egg wash)

Coating Ingredients

  • ¼ Cup Cinnamon
  • ¼ Cup Coconut Sugar
  • Avocado Oil or Butter (melted)

Icing Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Almond Milk
  • 1-2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

How to make

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉
  2. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, oat flour, baking powder, Ka’Chava, and salt; mix/knead until a dough forms
  3. Roll the dough out on a flat surface using your hands until you have a log about 1 inch thick
  4. Using a knife or bench scraper, cut even bite-sized pieces of the dough and place them onto a parchment-lined baking sheet
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together one egg and a tablespoon of water to make an egg wash, then brush it over each bite before baking
  6. Bake the bites for 25-30 minutes until cooked through
  7. While the bites bake, combine cinnamon and coconut sugar for the coating in one bowl, and the yogurt icing mixture in a separate bowl
  8. Remove the bites and allow them to cool before tossing them in avocado oil/butter and rolling them in the cinnamon sugar coating
  9. Plate the bites and serve with the yogurt icing on the side or drizzled over the top
