Bite Ingredients
- 2 Scoops Cinnamon French Toast Ka’Chava
- 1 Cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 1/4 Cups Oat Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- Dash of Salt
- 1 Egg (for egg wash)
Coating Ingredients
- ¼ Cup Cinnamon
- ¼ Cup Coconut Sugar
- Avocado Oil or Butter (melted)
Icing Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Almond Milk
- 1-2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
How to make
- Preheat oven to 350℉
- In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, oat flour, baking powder, Ka’Chava, and salt; mix/knead until a dough forms
- Roll the dough out on a flat surface using your hands until you have a log about 1 inch thick
- Using a knife or bench scraper, cut even bite-sized pieces of the dough and place them onto a parchment-lined baking sheet
- In a small bowl, whisk together one egg and a tablespoon of water to make an egg wash, then brush it over each bite before baking
- Bake the bites for 25-30 minutes until cooked through
- While the bites bake, combine cinnamon and coconut sugar for the coating in one bowl, and the yogurt icing mixture in a separate bowl
- Remove the bites and allow them to cool before tossing them in avocado oil/butter and rolling them in the cinnamon sugar coating
- Plate the bites and serve with the yogurt icing on the side or drizzled over the top
