Chocolate Mint Grinch Shake

Shake Ingredients
- 1 scoop Chocolate Mint Ka'Chava
- 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups packed Baby Spinach or Baby Kale
- 1/3 cup Avocado
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk
- 1 whole Banana, Frozen
- 1-2 tbsp pure maple syrup. Adjust to desired level of sweetness
- 1/4 tsp peppermint extract for stronger mint flavor
Chocolate Protein Whipped Cream Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/4 cup Powdered Monkfruit Sweetener, or organic powdered sugar
- 1 scoop Chocolate Mint @Kachava
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tbsp Arrowroot Flour
How to make - Whipped Topping
- Chill a mixing bowl, then add in heavy cream, Ka’Chava, powdered sugar, cocoa, and vanilla. If using powdered sugar substitute add the arrowroot.
- Using a hand or stand mixer mix together until whipped up ~6-7 min
- If using a hand mixer take a break halfway and place bowl in the freezer for a few to chill again
- Once whipped, place in a piping bag (you will have extra. Store in an airtight container in the fridge and re-whip before using)
- Optional- line the rim of your glass with whipped cream and roll in natural sprinkles
How to make - Shake
- Blend all shake ingredients together until smooth. The riper your banana the sweeter it will be. If it's not sweet enough add some honey or pure maple syrup then pour into your rimmed glass, top with whipped topping, and enjoy!
