Chocolate Cosmic Brownie Shake

Shake Ingredients
- 2 scoops Chocolate Ka'Chava
- 1/2 cup frozen zuchinni slices
- 2 whole medjool dates, pitted
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp almond butter (or hazelnut butter to make it even more fudgey)
- 3/4 cup to 1 1/4 cup coconut milk
For Topping
- Dark Chocolate
- Dye-Free Chocolate Gems
For Topping - No Bake Brownie Chunks
- 4 whole medjool dates, pits removed
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
How to make
- Make your brownie chunks first by processing ingredients together, scraping the sides as needed, until dough-like Press onto parchment paper and refrigerate for 15min+ for easier handling
- Blend all Shake ingredients together until smooth
- For thicker blizzard style be sure to use frozen banana & zucchini and minimal liquid to keep it thick. Scrape the sides of your blender as needed to fully combine
- For thinner sip-able shake you can use fresh banana, omit the zuchinni, and add milk to your liking
- Melt some dark chocolate and dip the rim of your glass in it, then coat with chocolate gems
- Slice your brownies into small chunks, stir throughout your shake, pour into your glass, and enjoy!
