Chocolate Cheesecake Bites

Ingredients
- 2 Scoops Chocolate Ka’Chava
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt
- ⅓ cup coconut sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Chocolate (optional garnish)
How to make
- Preheat your oven to 350F
- Add Ka’Chava, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, coconut sugar, 2 eggs, cornstarch, and cocoa powder to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy
- n a separate bowl, crush graham crackers and fold with melted coconut oil until it creates a crust like consistency
- Press the crushed graham cracker mixture into a muffin tin
- Pour the chocolate cottage cheese mixture over the top; repeat for each muffin tin cup
- Place the tin into the oven and bake for 45-55 minutes until the cheesecake cups are completely set
