Chai Berry Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen berries & cherries
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp arrowroot powder (or cornstarch)
  • 2 scoops Chai Ka'Chava
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla

How to make

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. In your dish, mix together berries and cherries, coconut sugar, lemon juice, arrowroot, and vanilla.
  3. In a bowl, mix together Chai Ka'Chava, oats, pecans, almond flour, salt, cinnamon, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Spread cobbler topping on top of berries until mostly covered.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until topping is golden brown. 
  6. Let cool for 15 minutes before eating. Top with ice cream, or yogurt, and enjoy!!! (Store leftovers in the fridge)
