Chai Berry Cobbler

Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen berries & cherries
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp arrowroot powder (or cornstarch)
- 2 scoops Chai Ka'Chava
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
How to make
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In your dish, mix together berries and cherries, coconut sugar, lemon juice, arrowroot, and vanilla.
- In a bowl, mix together Chai Ka'Chava, oats, pecans, almond flour, salt, cinnamon, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla until well combined.
- Spread cobbler topping on top of berries until mostly covered.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
- Let cool for 15 minutes before eating. Top with ice cream, or yogurt, and enjoy!!! (Store leftovers in the fridge)
