Carrot Cake Energy Bites

Ingredients
- 2 scoops Vanilla Ka’Chava
- 1 cup Shredded Carrot
- ½ Cup Rolled Oats
- 3 Dates
- ⅓ cup Almond Butter
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ Tsp Cinnamon
- ½ Tsp Nutmeg
- Optional: shredded coconut for topping
How to make
- Add all of the ingredients (except for the coconut) into a food processor and mix until a sticky dough-like texture forms.
- Taking about 1 tbsp of the mix at a time, roll into balls. The batter should make about ~15 energy bites.
- Optional: top each energy bite with a sprinkle of shredded coconut.
