Carrot Cake Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Vanilla Ka’Chava
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrot
  • ½ Cup Rolled Oats
  • 3 Dates
  • ⅓ cup Almond Butter
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ Tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ Tsp Nutmeg
  • Optional: shredded coconut for topping

How to make

  1. Add all of the ingredients (except for the coconut) into a food processor and mix until a sticky dough-like texture forms.
  2. Taking about 1 tbsp of the mix at a time, roll into balls. The batter should make about ~15 energy bites.
  3. Optional: top each energy bite with a sprinkle of shredded coconut.
