Ingredients
- 2 Scoops Vanilla Ka’Chava
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ⅓ cup almond flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ cup almond milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ cup frozen berries
How to make
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In an oven-safe bowl, combine all ingredients except berries until fully incorporated
- Fold frozen berries into batter using a spatula
- Place in oven and bake for 25-35 minutes until cooked through
- Remove and allow to cool then top with the maple syrup and coconut whipped cream then serve and enjoy!
