Banana Bread Bites

Bites Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Vanilla Ka’Chava
  • 1 overripe banana
  • ⅓ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¾ cup coconut flour

Topping Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Banana, Sliced
  • Flakey Sea Salt

How to make

  1. Into a bowl, add the overripe banana and mash with a fork until smooth.
  2. Add the almond butter, maple syrup, Ka’chava and coconut flour. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Taking about 1 tbsp of the mix at a time, roll into a ball and then place on a parchment lined plate and flatten into a puck shape. (Repeat this step until the dough is gone).
  4. In a microwave safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and olive oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, mixing in between until completely melted.
  5. Cover each banana bite with chocolate, top with a banana slice and sprinkle with sea salt.
  6. Place in the fridge to set for about 30 minutes.
  7. Enjoy!
