Banana Bread Bites

Bites Ingredients
- 2 scoops Vanilla Ka’Chava
- 1 overripe banana
- ⅓ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¾ cup coconut flour
Topping Ingredients
- 1 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 Tsp Olive Oil
- 1 Banana, Sliced
- Flakey Sea Salt
How to make
- Into a bowl, add the overripe banana and mash with a fork until smooth.
- Add the almond butter, maple syrup, Ka’chava and coconut flour. Mix until a dough forms.
- Taking about 1 tbsp of the mix at a time, roll into a ball and then place on a parchment lined plate and flatten into a puck shape. (Repeat this step until the dough is gone).
- In a microwave safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and olive oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, mixing in between until completely melted.
- Cover each banana bite with chocolate, top with a banana slice and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Place in the fridge to set for about 30 minutes.
