Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Coffee Ka’Chava
  • 1 frozen ripe banana, sliced
  • ¾ cup oat milk, cold
  • 1 fresh shot of hot espresso
  • Ice optional, for a thicker texture

How to make

  1. Add the frozen banana, Coffee Ka’Chava, oat milk, and vanilla to a high speed blender. Blend until completely smooth and thick, with a texture similar to soft serve or gelato. If needed, add a few ice cubes and blend again to make it thicker and colder.
  2. Pour the shake into a glass, leaving a little room at the top. Brew a fresh shot of espresso and slowly pour it over the shake right before serving. The heat from the espresso slightly melts the surface, creating that classic affogato style hot and cold contrast.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy as the espresso blends into the shake, creating a creamy, coffee rich drink that feels indulgent but still fuels you with plant protein, fiber, and sustained energy.
