"At first I thought this was really expensive but when I saw how much is in it I changed my mind. I had been using a protein powder but it didn't have greens and many other things that I had to buy separately. When I added up the cost, Kachava was actually cheaper than what I was using. "I'm typically very picky with protein powder/shake with respect to their taste, specifically aftertaste and nutrition. Kachava is the only one that I actually like without that chalky taste. Very nutritious, good flavor and comes in very handy when I need a quick, nutritious meal replacement. I wished you could offer them in bigger bags like the ones from Costco."

Oh my goooooosh

"This is the best flavor yet for me. At first I was a little iffy, as I expected more cinnamon than maple. The maple is really the star of the show in this! I like to make smoothies mostly, so if I have berries? Well, it's a fruit crumble situation and I just add an extra dash of cinnamon. Same with peaches. Carrots? Carrot cake french toast vibes. 10/10. Or 5/5. Whatever, it's tummy yummy"

Bloating, gas, dry mouth

"At first, I was really pleased with the Ka’Chava meal replacement shakes, but then I started having severe bloating, gas, and dry mouth. It turns out that Luo Han Guo is actually the botanical name for monk fruit. I’m disappointed that Ka’Chava chose to list the botanical name vs. the common name because if I’d seen the words “monk fruit” listed, I would’ve never had purchased this product. As a rule of thumb, I don’t buy products with monk fruit or any artificial sweeteners. The side effects are not worth it."

Yummy, but a little pricey.

"I’ve really enjoyed Ka’Chava. It keeps me feeling full throughout the morning without leaving me feeling bloated or weighed down. I’ve also noticed that it helps me stay focused and energized, which makes it a great option for busy mornings. My only complaint is the price. $60 for 15 servings is definitely an investment. Overall, though, I think it’s a great product and would recommend it."

"Product is great. Taste awesome. I mix frozen blue berries and frozen bananas with mine. I have also tried the coffee and chocolate and those are great too. My only complaint is why in the world do you give us such a small scoop to get he product out of the bags? A longer handle would be nice. It won stop me from ordering so definitely recommend you tr it."

Chocolate leaves after taste

"The first flavor I ever tried was vanilla and it is amazing. So I thought I would add the chocolate when I ordered. I do not like the chocolate. I have been mixing the chocolate and the vanilla to use it up. I’ve also been trying to add to the chocolate to make it taste better. But I cannot get rid of the aftertaste."
