I love it. It’s liquid super nutrition. I just really love the fact that it has so much great nutrition so easily accessible and easy to mix. It’ll be perfect for my road trips where I often can’t find nutritious meals. It is pricey, but worth it to me. If it is replacing a meal out, it’s not really too expensive, especially if you care about getting whole, clean nutrition. I am having two servings every other day. That works real well for me. I was intrigued by the ads and just had to try it. I am so glad I did.
I have a lot of food sensitivities, and Ka'Chava has been perfect for my protein mix go-to. Its high protein content and easy digestion is a great addition to my new healthy habits!
Well, I've tried both chocolate and vanilla and I love both. Though I've always made them into smoothies, so I cannot comment on the "just add water" taste. Usually make smoothies with almond milk and ice along with adding either banana, blueberries, peanut butter, or strawberries. Every combination has been delicious and I would believe it if someone told me Ka'Chava was actually not healthy, since it tastes so good. It keeps me full too. I don't need lunch if I don't have the time.
I love the chocolate, its like a special splurge a special desert anytime you decide to drink it. AND it just happens to taste great and keeps me filled for the rest of the day.
