Bloating, gas, dry mouth

"At first, I was really pleased with the Ka’Chava meal replacement shakes, but then I started having severe bloating, gas, and dry mouth. It turns out that Luo Han Guo is actually the botanical name for monk fruit. I’m disappointed that Ka’Chava chose to list the botanical name vs. the common name because if I’d seen the words “monk fruit” listed, I would’ve never had purchased this product. As a rule of thumb, I don’t buy products with monk fruit or any artificial sweeteners. The side effects are not worth it."

Yummy, but a little pricey.

"I’ve really enjoyed Ka’Chava. It keeps me feeling full throughout the morning without leaving me feeling bloated or weighed down. I’ve also noticed that it helps me stay focused and energized, which makes it a great option for busy mornings. My only complaint is the price. $60 for 15 servings is definitely an investment. Overall, though, I think it’s a great product and would recommend it."

"Product is great. Taste awesome. I mix frozen blue berries and frozen bananas with mine. I have also tried the coffee and chocolate and those are great too. My only complaint is why in the world do you give us such a small scoop to get he product out of the bags? A longer handle would be nice. It won stop me from ordering so definitely recommend you tr it."

Great, but. . .

"I love the protein powder and customer service rocks, I do not care for the design of the bag. Occasionally, I have had the pull tab come off when opening the bag for the first time. The opening being on the side of the bag is awkward for reaching in to measure out the powder, especially when the bag is over half way empty."

So many carbs

"I love the taste and how it blends. No bloat But I kept gaining weight. A little here a little there. My weight loss doctor asked what I changed. I only added the kachava as a meal replacement. I looked at the carbs and I was shocked. It would put me over my limit with out eating breads or pasta. Can you somehow cut the carbs? I miss my kachava. I stopped drinking it. Lost 4lbs in a month"

"When I ordered coffee the first time, I didn’t realize it’s decaffeinated and I thought I wouldn’t like it. Now, it’s my go to flavor. I love combining it with other flavors like Chai, Cinnamon French Toast and Vanilla. If I want caffeine, it’s easy enough to add it. So, I was pleasantly surprised!"

Delicious Shake!

"I have tried five of the shake flavors so far. I love how delicious they all taste. They are so simple to make with only needing to be mixed with water and they have so much protein with just two scoops. I am someone who is constantly struggling to get enough protein in with each meal. This makes it so simple! I have tried a lot of other vegan shake brands (dairy allergy) and I can’t stand the taste. These shakes are so good!! My favorite is the coconut açaí. It feels like I’m having dessert for breakfast."
