Ingredients

  • 2 Scoops Vanilla Ka'Chava
  • 1 ½ Cups almond flour
  • ½ Cup coconut sugar
  • 6 Tablespoons applesauce
  • ¼ Cup maple syrup
  • ¼ Cup almond butter
  • 1 ½ is Teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ Teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ Teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 Cup dairy free chocolate chips
  • Extra sea salt for topping

How to make

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Put all ingredients, except the chocolate chips, in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Add chocolate chips and mix until incorporated.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes. Cookies should be starting to crisp at the edges, but softer in the middle. They will cook more as they cool.
  6. Allow them to cool completely for the ultimate chewiness. Enjoy!
