PEANUT BUTTER, BANANA + CHOCOLATE KA’CHAVA

Recipe:

  1. Add 12-14 ounces of iced cold water & 1 frozen banana to blender & blend
  2. Add 2 heaping scoops of Chocolate Ka’Chava & blend
  3. Add 1 heaping spoon of peanut butter & blend

I have so very many health problems (in spite of my efforts) and I will forever be drinking Ka’Chava. I just look at the back and breath a sigh of relief knowing there isn’t a better
thing to be putting into my body! I am so thrilled to have found it!

Just drink my first drink. It was not thick like the video shows but it did taste ok, 2 one in morning!

Just started using the chocolate; having a shake at lunch. So far, I have combined water and powder at lunch and shaken it up. My question – can I blenderize a shake at home in the morning and just give it a shake at lunchtime, or is it better to mix it up on the spot?

This is delicious!! Tastes like I’m drinking a fat filled chocolate milkshake with peanut butter, minus the guilt of eating ice cream!! This for sure is my go to shake!!

I make mine with almond milk, peanut butter, frozen banana, Kachava, a squirt of honey and some ice. Hmmm good.
