Ingredients

  • 2 Scoops Vanilla Ka'Chava
  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 1/2 c Frozen white sweet potato (pre-steamed)
  • Handful of pecans
  • Cinnamon
  • Cashew milk

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until it has a thick consistency
  2. Topped with apple, pecans, pumpkin seeds, & hemp seeds
  3. Enjoy :)
