  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 1/3 Cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 Cup ice
  • 1/4 Plain yogurt
  • Several shakes of cinnamon
  • Coconut, blueberries, hemp seeds, & chia seeds (Toppings)
