Ingredients

  • 2 Scoops Vanilla Ka'Chava
  • 1/2 Frozen bananas
  • 1/2 Apple
  • 1 Cup ice
  • 2 Tbsp walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 Cup cashew milk

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until it has a thick consistency
  2. Serve in a bowl & top with apple, yogurt, & peanut butter
