Ingredients
- 2 Scoops Vanilla Ka'Chava
- 1 Frozen banana
- 1/4 Cup of frozen strawberries
- 1/2 Cup frozen coconut milk or 1 tbsp coconut butter
- 2 Pitted Medjool dates or 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/3 Cup of plain yogurt
How to Make
- Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender. Start slowly, you may need to use the mixing tool. If the mix is too thick, you can add a splash of almond milk.
- Once the smoothie bowl mix is thick and smooth, spoon into a bowl add toppings.
