Chocolate Beet Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 Scoops Chocolate Ka'Chava
  • 1/4-1/2 Cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (depending on desired consistency)
  • 3/4 Cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 Cup diced cooked beets* (150 grams/2-3 small-medium)
  • 1 Cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 2 Heaping tbs cacao powder
  • 1 Tbs cashew butter
  • 1 Tsp honey
  • 1/2 Tsp cinnamon
  • optional toppings: granola, cacao nibs, cinnamon

How to make

  1. Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth for about 1 minute.
  2. Serve, add toppings (optional) and enjoy!
