- 1 Frozen banana
- 1/3 Cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 Cup ice
- 1/4 Plain yogurt
- Several shakes of cinnamon
- Coconut, blueberries, hemp seeds, & chia seeds (Toppings)
How to make
- Combine all ingredients in a blender until it has a thick consistency
