Simply follow these easy steps:
- Tell us on this form that you’d like a refund, and how many open / un-open bags you’ll be returning (1 bag of each flavor is allowed).
- We will email you the address where you can return your bag(s).
- Place the bag(s) in a box and mail it to us.
- We will initiate your refund within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Can I get a refund even if it’s not my first purchase?
You might have a legitimate reason to request a refund, even if it’s not your first time ordering. Use the same form to let us know what went wrong and we’ll do our best to make it right.
