Minty Melon Smoothie Recipe

 Healthy Minty Melon Smoothie

Recipe:

  • 2 Scoops Vanilla Ka'Chava
  • 1 Cup Diced Honeydew Melon
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Baby Spinach
  • 1 Cup Ice Cold Water
  • 1 Small or 1/2 Large Avocado
  • 1 Tbsp Agave Nector -optional

First blend the melon, fresh mint and the spinach along with 1/3 of the water. Puree until smooth. Then add the avocado, Ka'Chava and remaining water...Blend until smooth and enjoy - Add agave nector to taste, if desired.
