Healthy Mango Lassi Recipe

Recipe:

  • 2 Scoops of Vanilla Ka'Chava
  • 1 Cup Diced Mango, Fresh of Frozen
  • 1/2 Cup Plain Vegan Yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup Cold Water 
  • 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Tsp Ground Cardamom (optional)
  • Pinch Salt

Blend throughly and Enjoy! (Ginger can be substituted for Cardamom)
