Mo-Ka'Chava Chia Pudding


Simply whisk together all of the ingredients until the powders are well blended. Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes   before giving it another stir, being careful to break up any clumps of chia seeds that may have formed. Seal in an air-tight container and place in the fridge to chill and further thicken. Allow at least 3 hours for the pudding to fully gel before serving, but overnight is best. The pudding will keep for up to a week.


  • 3 Cups Water
  • 1/2 Cup Chocolate Ka'Chava 
  • 2 Teaspoons Instant Coffee Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Chia Seeds
  • Pinch of Salt (Optional)

Makes about 4 Servings
