Q&A

Can you share your journey to becoming a health & fitness advocate?

Can you share your journey to becoming a health & fitness advocate?

My journey to becoming a health and fitness advocate started a little over 3 years ago when I took my first yoga class at CorePower Yoga. Later that year, I completed my 200hr yoga teacher training which inspired me to teach at CorePower Yoga.

Since then, I’ve changed to a Vegan diet and have been on an endless journey into self-discovery.

Since I was a kid, I always knew I wanted to be a positive influence in this world. My purpose and will has driven me to chase my dreams and live each day to its fullest!

I am inspired by my family, friends and fitness instructors who have always believed in me and encouraged me to trust the process to my own journey.

You can contact me via email at [email protected] or follow me on Instagram. If you want to work up a sweat come to one of my Yoga and Spin Classes!

How do you stay motivated to live a healthy lifestyle?

How do you stay motivated to live a healthy lifestyle?

Music is key to keeping me motivated. I thrive on taking fitness classes such as Soul Cycle & CorePower Yoga since music is everything and the instructors energy always helps to get me through class.

How do you incorporate Ka'Chava into your daily life?

How do you incorporate Ka'Chava into your daily life?

I love starting my day by making a Ka’Chava smoothie mixed with almond or coconut milk, frozen banana, cacao & matcha. I’ve noticed Ka’Chava gives the energy I need to get through the day and is great as a post-workout smoothie.

For dessert, I love to use Ka’Chava to make smoothie bowl by adding cashew milk, frozen banana, dates, almond butter and top it off with chia seeds and granola!
