Can you share your journey to becoming an advocate for health and wellness, and what initially inspired you to start that journey?

I've been interested in health and fitness my who life and took that to a new level when I went to college and majored in Exercise Science. I get to now live out my passion of fitness every day as a personal trainer.

 

I hope to inspire others to see how fun fitness can be and how easy it can be to make healthy choices every day. Both health and fitness can be incredibly overwhelming and confusing but I hope to help others see the other side of that!

I love the way Ka'Chava makes me feel! After a workout, it refuels my muscles and body and leaves me full and energized for the day. With some pretty awesome ingredients its hard not to love.

 

My post-workout Ka’Chava smoothies are blended with frozen berries, peanut butter powder, and almond milk!

How do you stay motivated to live a healthy lifestyle?

I stay motivated by knowing how great I feel when I exercise and eat healthy. My mind and body are in the best shape after a workout and I have so much more energy.

What are your tips for finding the time to eat healthily, even when you’re busy?

How do you hope to motivate others to live a healthy lifestyle?

I am a huge believer in meal planning and preparing ahead of time!

What three changes can someone make to their daily lives to improve their health?

What three changes can someone make to their daily lives to improve their health?

Make healthy nutritional choices, get enough sleep, and make the time for movement and exercise.
