I've been interested in health and fitness my who life and took that to a new level when I went to college and majored in Exercise Science. I get to now live out my passion of fitness every day as a personal trainer.
I hope to inspire others to see how fun fitness can be and how easy it can be to make healthy choices every day. Both health and fitness can be incredibly overwhelming and confusing but I hope to help others see the other side of that!
